Lauren O'Connor

As a Senior Specialist, Paid Media on REQ’s team, Lauren works with her colleagues to craft and execute media strategies that drive clients’ goals, elevate their brands online, and reach their target audiences.

Prior to joining the team, Lauren had multiple internships and gained experience in social media management, content creation, and website optimization. Lauren also served on the Executive Board of WXJM 88.7, a College Radio Station in Harrisonburg, VA, where she was responsible for launching their first ever online podcasting program. This position allowed Lauren to merge her passion for music with her study of media. 

Lauren graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing, concentrating in Digital Marketing. Lauren discovered her love for media strategy during her time in her digital marketing courses. In these courses, Lauren got the opportunity to create media plans for local businesses and learned to work with applications such as Google Analytics. 

When not defending her plant collection from her kitten, Pumpkin, Lauren enjoys hiking, live music, and new experiences.
