As the EVP Growth & Client Strategy, Ryan ensures optimal integration of REQ’s services to drive outsized outcomes for the division’s enterprise clients. As a seasoned marketing executive and agency veteran based in Los Angeles with nearly a decade of experience driving growth and innovation, Ryan played a key role in transforming agency delivery. His leadership has spanned a range of disciplines, including paid media strategy, client services, and executive management—each marked by a deep focus on operational scale and forward-thinking marketing solutions.

Ryan began his career as a paid media practitioner leading large-scale campaigns harnessing paid search and paid social display, retail media, influencer, and earned & owned media for clients in verticals ranging from, D2C retail & ecommerce to B2B, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. His success in performance media led to a pivotal role in client services, a role in which he helped bring several direct-to-consumer brands to market in the home, personal care, beauty, and apparel categories. From 2019 to 2025, Ryan led the team that brought NBCUniversal’s Peacock streaming service to market as the brand’s performance agency of record.

Since then, Ryan has built and scaled large cross-channel strategy teams serving top enterprise clients. His team’s scope spans advanced measurement frameworks, forecasting, audience architecture, and strategic planning. Known for his ability to balance creativity with analytical discipline, Ryan is passionate about building high-performing teams and evolving agency models to meet the demands of an ever-changing media landscape. 

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid skier, traveler, and credit card points enthusiast. When he isn’t in front of his laptop, Ryan can be found on an airplane or redeeming his points to get on one in the near future.
