With over 15 years of experience in marketing and brand management, Cortney Clardy brings a depth of knowledge and diverse expertise to the REQ Client Services team. As an Account Director, Cortney leads digital strategy, seeks innovative approaches to exceed her client’s goals, and cultivates relationships by providing dedicated service and data-driven performance results. She exudes an effervescent personality with unlimited positivity. Even while facing challenges, Cortney can develop a meaningful solution.
Prior to joining the REQ team, Cortney worked with many gaming and hospitality brands on both the client side and with marketing agencies. Having spent many years within MGM Resorts International, Penn National Gaming, and nationally known full-service agencies, Cortney worked on developing brand guidelines, launching new venues across an entire portfolio of resorts, implementing strategic marketing plans, and developing processes while encouraging a positive team culture. It was during this time that she began immersing herself in the newfound passion of digital marketing.
Being one of the few born and raised in Las Vegas, she craves the opposite of what comes to mind when you think of The Strip. Cortney enjoys exploring the mountains, rescuing animals, spending quality time with family, taking part in community events, binge watching the newest shows, and adding to the collection of books in her immersive library loft. She holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
