Jeff Cocca

Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services at REQ, Jeff manages a talented team of six account directors. With 11 years of experience in client services, seven of which were spent within an agency setting, he brings a results-oriented approach to create and successfully execute customized digital strategies for his and his team’s clients. 

His devotion to customer satisfaction and passion for identifying creative marketing solutions help achieve his client's business and marketing objectives. His team’s main focus is to be a partner for clients, consult on business best practices, and provide strategic direction. Jeff and his team have worked on hundreds of brands and have experience in all verticals.   

Jeff has been at REQ for nearly five years, starting at the company as an account coordinator. Through successful client retention and growth, Jeff grew to be an account executive, account director, and now director of the department. 

Jeff earned his BA in Marketing Communications from Vanguard University of Southern California located in Costa Mesa, CA. He played all four years of collegiate-level soccer and captained the team his final year. Since graduating, he has always had a knack for a team environment and leading that team to success. Jeff also holds certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics. 

Growing up with such positive role models and coaches in his life, Jeff has always enjoyed helping others accomplish their goals, whether that be in the workplace or in the gym. In his spare time, which isn’t much, Jeff is a part-time fitness coach in San Diego and also plays soccer on a weekly basis.
