As a Marketing Manager at REQ, Kristin merges her passion for people, collaboration, and digital marketing to help drive visibility for REQ’s brand and showcase the company’s vision and values. In addition to developing and implementing marketing strategies, she creates and executes social content strategy and manages both organic and paid social campaigns for the REQ brand. She also creates and coordinates thought leadership opportunities and initiatives to galvanize internal culture, such as team events.
During her time at REQ, Kristin has acquired valuable experience wearing many hats. As a former office manager, she managed daily operations for the company and assisted with HR initiatives and processes such as recruiting and onboarding. Her enthusiasm for digital marketing and her drive to learn propelled her into joining the internal marketing team.
Born and raised in Northern California, Kristin moved to San Diego to attend college at San Diego State University where she received her BA in Psychology. Outside of work, she spends her time fulfilling her love for travel and adventure. On the weekends, she enjoys activities with her dog Kenley and discovering local restaurants or craft breweries.
