Ella Szabo

In her role as an Assistant Account Executive on REQ’s Public Relations team, Ella supports and manages day-to-day operations to drive tangible, measurable results for her clients. She brings a passion for crafting unique brand messages, monitoring industry trends, and cultivating new media opportunities. Her approach is marked by a people-centric mindset and a background in communications, human development, and social innovation.

Prior to joining REQ full-time, Ella honed her PR acumen at an agency specializing in Silicon Valley-based startups, a nonprofit organization, and an insurance adjustment firm. She also previously worked as an REQ Public Relations Intern while attending college.

Ella graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with a BA in Communication with a specialization in Public Relations and a double minor in Human Development and Nonprofit Leadership & Social Innovation. 

Outside of work, Ella can be found traveling to visit family and spending lots of time outside either hiking, playing pickleball, or walking her four-legged nephew, Lincoln.
