As Associate Director, Analytics at REQ, Claudia interprets data and analytics to derive insights that empower clients and drive their business goals. She merges expertise in multi-attribution technology, technical analytics, and conversion rate optimization to serve clients across a broad range of business verticals. Claudia has reestablished multi-attribution and CRO as REQ service offerings, helped build a team with a wide range of expertise to effectively serve clients’ analytics needs and push the status quo. She has also led her team internally to reach beyond just the analytics department borders and develop a unique integration with the rest of REQ’s marketing disciplines.
Claudia holds a BA in Arts from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA specialized in Business Intelligence from California State University, San Marcos. Her arts background gives Claudia a unique perspective, both creative and analytical, which defines her multi-faceted approach to tackling data challenges.
A San Diego native, Claudia’s interests don't stop at data. She's also loves spending time with her husband, baby daughter, and two dogs, finding really good food and drinks in San Diego, traveling to new places together whenever possible, and listening to true crime podcasts.
