With a brand identity that evokes the process for rolling a burrito, Buredo’s unique hybrid of seafood and burritos has taken the nation’s capital by storm. Since it’s inception, Buredo has expanded to five locations and has been featured in the Washington Post’s “Best Quick Lunches” of 2016, DCist’s best fast casual list, and Eater’s “Hottest New Sushi Restaurants.”
