REQ quickly and precisely built and launched Clever Care’s annual enrollment period (AEP) campaign focused on Asian-American communities in Southern California. Marketing efforts accommodate English, Vietnamese, Korean, and Mandarin speakers and the cultural nuances of each community.
Our cross-platform campaign targeted specific ZIP codes in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and California counties. We incorporated search, social, and display media, as well as TV and radio ads. We completed keyword research in each language and designed campaigns to deliver a complete in-language experience, from initial impression through conversion.
REQ also redesigned and developed Clever Care’s website to accommodate five languages.
