REQ Names Eric Gilbertsen Chief Client Officer
Washington, DC - October 1, 2018 - REQ, the pioneering digital marketing and brand management company, announced today the promotion of Eric Gilbertsen to Chief Client Officer (CCO).
Eric has shown consistent passion and loyalty to the company since 2010, serving as REQ’s EVP of Client Service and Digital Strategy. He joined REQ with experience working with brands including General Motors, Ford Motor Company, GlaxoSmithKline, and the American Bankers Association. During his tenure at REQ, Eric’s commitment to continuing education of his team, retaining valued clients of many years, and attracting new partnerships has contributed to the company’s year-over-year growth. Eric has guided many of REQ’s clients through several campaigns and evolving corporate lifecycles, including longtime client eBay, Alphabet's self-driving technology company Waymo, IT contractor giant CSRA (now General Dynamics IT), and many of DC’s top trade associations.
Eric’s role as CCO will support a strong, company-wide commitment to measuring and improving client satisfaction and greater time spent on strategic direction for clients across all service offerings.
