Expand Beechwood Homes’s marketing mix into digital.
Our approach
To expand Beechwood Homes' marketing further into digital, REQ developed a full funnel, omni-channel digital marketing strategy. This plan included paid social, paid search, video, and display. We also layered in an SEO program to compete with their peers through Beechwood Homes's owned properties and content.
Our analytics built an in-depth Google Looker Studio report encompassing advertising channels, their Lass CRM, CallRail, and external sources such as BDX, Zillow, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, and Rent.com. With attribution critical for their marketing team, our new reporting provides an improved modern tool to track results and report to leadership.
