As a Client Operations Coordinator at REQ, Davinia facilitates clear communication between clients and internal teams to ensure her team exceeds client expectations. Davinia’s passion for collaboration empowers her to cultivate team relationships, strengthen efficiency, and encourage innovative approaches.
Prior to joining REQ, Davinia was drawn to client services after helping clients achieve their goals while she worked in roles in retail leadership and customer service. She launched her career in marketing as an intern at REQ during her senior year of college.
Davinia graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. While at UNLV, Davinia enjoyed taking marketing courses that allowed her to express creativity by creating campaigns for simulated companies.
Although Davinia grew up in Las Vegas, she’s originally from Jakarta, Indonesia. She loves traveling back to Indonesia where she can reconnect with her family and cultural roots. Aside from traveling, Davinia enjoys spending time reading, challenging herself with fitness goals at the gym, and trying new restaurants.
