Goal
Increase Concordia University’s lead volume and improve efficiency related to cost per lead to meet applicant/student start goals.
Our approach
Concordia University, a private Lutheran university operated by the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod with nine affiliated schools, partnered with REQ to manage all digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
REQ deployed a full-funnel approach that targeted users at all stages of the consumer journey. We utilized search, social, programmatic display, and affiliate lead generation focused on New Student Enrollment lead generation for their nine school locations.
We also performed creative testing on isolated and scaled top performing audiences. We built over 400 customized dynamic creative ads resulting in a 22% increase in ad clickthrough rate. We tested these ads across multiple lookalike audiences that targeted top states, website converters, and demographic- and program-based audiences.
