As a Senior Account Executive on the Client Service team, Joely helps drive her clients’ campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring objectives are not only met, but exceeded. With rich experience in all aspects of marketing, from digital to events and beyond, Joely understands her clients’ goals and objectives and strives to deliver top results.

Before joining REQ, Joely spent five years at ParkMobile, where she managed the brand’s websites and white-label products, creating content to improve the customer experience, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue. In addition to her B2C experience, Joely led go-to-market launch efforts for ParkMobile’s B2B brand, including establishing brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and product marketing roadmaps.

Joely graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Marketing, minoring in computer tech and applications, and specializing in global business. She studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, where she developed her love for exploring new countries, cultures, and cuisines.

A Chicago-area native, Joely grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and spent four years in Atlanta before moving to DC to experience the changing seasons again. Outside of work, you can find Joely scouring DC for the city’s best almond croissant, cheering on Alabama football, or curating her perfect Spotify playlist.
