REQ Honored by SmartCEO Magazine

REQ was recently selected as one of the 100 best run companies in the Washington, DC region by SmartCEO Magazine. The Smart100 award is based on consistent growth, industry leadership, competitive performance, and reputation within the community. REQ CEO Tripp Donnelly says, 'We're honored to be included in this community of great companies, and to have this recognition by SmartCEO Magazine.'

The Smart100 program is an exclusive community of 100 executives from the best-run companies in the greater Washington, DC region. These 100 leaders connect and network at major events held throughout the year, and share their experiences with SmartCEO Magazine's audience through the SmartCEO 100 Book.

REQ was also recognized by SmartCEO Magazine as a finalist in the 2012 VOLT awards. More than 300 local C-level executives and guests attended the awards ceremony on May 15, 2012 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. REQ was represented at the event by Tripp Donnelly, VP of Search and Social Media Steve Wanczyk, VP of Digital Strategy Eric Gilbertsen, VP of Technical Services Sarah Jancich, VP of Finance Amy Arthur, and Senior Director of Content Strategy Andrea Harris.

Of fifty companies nominated in the small Technology Innovator category, REQ was one of three finalists, along with MicroPact and winner Net Esolutions. As a finalist, REQ was profiled in the May 2012 Washington, DC issue of SmartCEO magazine.

The SmartCEO VOLT: Leaders in Technology program recognizes the growing role that technology plays in the business community and the technology sector's impact on our country's future economic growth. Companies were nominated in one of three categories: Technology Innovators, Technology Implementers and Cyber Warriors. The companies nominated for the 2012 award collectively generate $5 billion in revenue and employ over 17,000 people. Awards are given based on a company's innovative strategies, efficient operations, creative vision and commitment to technology development.
