HighPoint Global Teams with SpeakerBox for Public Sector Visibility
For the past year, SpeakerBox has had the pleasure of working with HighPoint Global. Headquartered in Indianapolis with offices in Reston and Baltimore, HighPoint helps government agencies improve they way they communicate with citizens through services such as contact center optimization, quality assurance, and training and content development for customer service representatives.
Over the past year, we’ve worked with HighPoint to help brand them as the citizen experience company. We’ve tapped into their experts and content resources to extend their brand both within the government vertical and the call center publications. HighPoint’s experts have shared their perspective on topics such as: employee engagement, cultural transformation, omni-channel marketing, call center metrics and inter-agency collaboration, just to name a few.
Two of the highlights of the last year involved promoting the thought leadership of HighPoint’s executive team. We worked with senior vice president Abby Herriman on her five-part series about customer experience maturity that ran in Federal Times, and we supported CEO Ben Lanius with his CX on the Street series on LinkedIn, where he shares everyday examples of customer service and its impact on citizens.
HighPoint Global had a lot to celebrate in 2015. They were recognized on Inc. Magazine’s list of the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America for the second year in a row, and Forbes Magazine named HighPoint the 16th Most Promising Company in America.
