REQ actively manages Atlas Air’s social media presence to engage with their community of employees, customers, and brand advocates.

We established social media guidelines to scale their profiles and we incorporated post categories including employee showcases, company news and events, and customer/partner highlights showcasing their private aviation partnerships with several NFL teams and FEMA for COVID-19 supplies delivery. 

On Instagram, we developed and executed a plan to become a part of the plane spotter community; we engaged with spotters, commented on hashtag and brand mentions, reposted and credited photographers, and deployed regular photo contests. Atlas Air’s audience grew by 32% and we achieved a 3.8% channel engagement rate on Instagram alone.
