Jennifer Edgerly REQ

A seasoned communicator with a penchant for translating industry-specific jargon into a language that reporters and the public can understand, Jen drives strategic direction for many of the agency’s B2B and B2G clients. Jen aligns all marketing communications deliverables with a client’s corporate or departmental goals and underscores the importance of strategic oversight from planning, to execution, and through ROI analysis. She leverages marketing communications talents spanning media relations, thought leadership programs, organic social media, event management, and copywriting and editing to help clients elevate their messages and stand out from their competitors.

Prior to joining REQ, Jen served as PR Manager at George Mason University. There, Jen worked with professors of business, education, engineering, and information technology, making sure their research was shared with the appropriate audiences. Jen also worked for several years as a communications manager at Strayer University where she was responsible for media relations for 37 campuses and Strayer University Online.

A native of Wisconsin, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Jen is a Badger fan through and through. Jen came to live in the greater Washington, DC region by way of Chicago where she outgrew Midwest winters. She lives in Falls Church, VA with her husband and two daughters.
